So your not a fan of the zone, I see. Well that wasn't the response I was expecting, but it was definately informative. Maybe I won't waste my time checking out the zone after all. It seems to me like too many carbs are encouraged, and also, I don't want to rely on 'bars' for the perfect balance. The idea of whole foods is much more appealing to me. Natural. Tweet
