Try surfing around to find low-carb recipes. There are plenty out there. When I first started I stuck to plain foods - bacon and eggs for breakfast, meat and salad for lunch and meat and usually brocoli and cheese for dinner. I ended up so bored, I went back to my old habits. Then I tried again, this time armed with recipes for muffins, pancakes, meat dishes etc. I have my favourites written in a book and have used several of them several times. Most of my favourite recipes come from Empower Foods, some of their recipes use their products but some do not. I'm sure you can find substitutes or even recipes to make them.
There are a few specifically low-carb forums as well - Active Low-Carbers is a good one with great recipes, even has a published chef who creates recipes and answers queries.
