Re: Why isn't this forum more active?

Well, I'm not entirely vegitarian, but close these days. meat enters my diet maybe 2-3 times a week. However, my point was that all the other forums seem to deal with a short term start out, or a cleanse, but where are the forums for long term eating for health. I don't personally follow the atkins diet, not even remotely, but I do appreciate the existence of this forum as one intended for assistence in life maintenance. Take care, Mike Tweet
