Good point, this is one of the few forums on here that is really designed for the after a cleanse rest of your life. Maybe that's part of why so many of us are here looking at cleanses and recovery techniques, because we ignor the regular maintenance and good dietary habbits that would keep us healthy. I look forward to seeing you in here too in the coming weeks and months. We'll have to talk more about our opinions and what we've found as long term solutions for getting healthy and staying that way. Take care, Mike Tweet
