Yucky salt water, allegra, and Hunger surpressants question!

Hi! I just started out today, and I had to drink my salt water in episodes, couldn't drink it all at once. The reaction I had to it was NOT fun to say the least! I'm just not looking foward to going through that incident for the next 9 days. Is it going to be like that everyday?? :-(

Also, I have been taking Allegra 180mg, and haven't taken it yet today. Is it going to be a problem if I take it? I'm coughing a lot, and my nose is very itchy. One of the reasons I decided to do it was because of my allergy problems. If I do see results, how long, on an average, will it take?

I also want to lose weight! I was taking some hunger surpressant that I bought at walgreens that helped a lot when I was eating. Can I still take it?

And finally, how hard can I expect this to get. I'm not having a problem so far, but it's only been a few hours. What can I expect to happen in the next few days?
