My wifes best friend has put the hard word on me! HELP

Hi and thanks for your help in advance. Im in a really bad situation and need some advice.

My wife and I are very happily married and our life is really going well at the moment for us and our two children. We are close friends with another couple and I am good mates with the other husband, and my wife and the other woman are really good friends.

She rang me the other day and asked me to pop round to see here (which i do sometimes to fix her computer for her) Problem is when I got there she asked me to sit down and proceded to tell me how much she liked me and wanted to, well you can guess. I said no and that we could never do anything like that to our partners, who are both very much in love with us, and that it would be wrong. She agreed that it would be wrong but said she had to get these desires off her chest and still wanted to do it. I said no again and we spoke for a while about why it was wrong and what we had to lose if we did what she wanted. In the end she agreed, although not too enthusiastically. We said we would not say anything to our partners as she was afraid that this would ruin the friendship the four of us have and possibly her marraige and friendship to my wife.

Now what am I supposed to do? Should I talk to my wife and most probably wreck her friendship with her best friend (we dont have many close friends either) and then between me and my mate (her husband) and possibly strain our relationship? Or do I just shut up and not say anything.. then not put my self in a situation like that again?

Please help me, I havent done anything wrong, but I am still feeling guilty about the whole situation. What do I do??? Tweet
