Man...those parasites just keep on comin'! How bizarre! I remember Southern Belle had these small little spider things (without the cotton balls) that looked like little ladybugs almost. I think they were dark brown. Did yours look like that? Wow. That is nuts!! Just when you thought you were parasite free!

I guess you didn't throw the parasites up because they must be hanging around up in your small intestine or something...hmmmmm.

Have you checked what 4am means in TCM? I just checked and 4am is the peak peak time for the Lungs. hmmmm. Does that make any sense for you? Lungs/Grief/Skin? Check out the link below....does it ring any bells? Sounds like dry skin brushing and deep breathing exercises would be REALLY beneficial for you! Maybe you should do that diligently until your next Liver Flush - maybe you won't throw up! Breathe deeply out in the fresh air somewhere everyday for an hour.....practice it whenever you can throughout the day...Whadya think? It might be a good experiment. I mean 4am every time has got to be telling you something ya think?
