I had but a net between the toilet seat and toilet to catch things, and I did look carefully. What I found yesterday was only as big as a couple of millet seeds lumped together. Went for a colonic today, since it was pre-arranged. In what came out the lady identified a few very small stones, plus yellowish gunk from the liver. So I guess I did get some stuff out after all...
