Re: Colonics rock!!!
Like Janaki says...COLONICS ROCK!!! And
colonics and enemas are like night and day!
The standard enema bag holds 2
quarts of water and most people can only reach the sigmoid colon with an enema. Even if you fill the bag repeatedly you won't be able to get the same benefits that you do with a colonic. On the other hand, a
colonic uses many gallons of water...when I perform a
colonic I generally use between 20-30 gallons of water!
colonics have the potential to clear out any loosened waste all the way to the cecum...or beginning of the colon. How far the water reaches depends on how impacted a person is, how well hydrated they are and how much they are able to relax during the procedure.
colonics also have the added benefits of helping to rehydrate you and improving the peristalsis by strengthening the muscle tone of the bowel over a series of colonics. Even if you are able to clear out a lot of gunk during an enema...you'd be positively amazed at the quantity of material that you can release during a colonic!
For anyone in the Chicago area that is interested in colonics...give me a call at 312-BodyMind (312.263.9646) and I'll hook you up! ; )
