Is it crass to ask how much you weighed when you started your fast? I only ask to get an idea of the % of body weight you lost. There's a huge difference between a 250 pound body losing 30 lbs in 19 days and a 120 pound body. (I'm closer to the first category than the second.)
I begin my fast on Sunday. I'm on a cleansing Watermelon diet for the next 2 days to get the jump on cleaning out my body for the fast, the shakes and the paragone.
I see that you mixed 2 qts of the lemonade daily. You also took the B&P, correct? With what frequency did you use the salt baths and the laxative tea? I am trying to get a schedule set - I'm a planner! I just want to make sure that I keep myself on a schedule.
Awesome that you exercised moderately, too. I am sure you feel wonderful - you're really an inspiration. I'm aiming for a 35 day fast.
