I have been on this cleanse 6 times throughout the past 10 years. Also, I know people who have been on it. The key to this diet is to drink at least 10-12 lemonades per day and do the salt flush or laxative tea. After day 5 your body starts to burn from it stores and it takes 50% fat, and 50% muscle from your body. That means your heart is a muscle so be careful. What I am going to do this time, I am on day 6 is go get spirulina which is sea weed loaded with protein. I am going to start taking that today. I had a friend who worked physical labor. She didn't take the lemonade drinks very often, nor did she drink enough water. Let me tell you her legs look like pencils no MUSCLE and she has never regained this. She was 30 years old at the time. If you have massive diareah then eat a nut or a small piece of cheese. There are always people who go to the extreme and one food leads to another. If this is the case with you don't put anything solid in your mouth. I also chew gum because I work in the public and can't handle the bad breath.
