Nice to hear from you. Don't worry about having broken down on day 6. You obviously did a 5 day cleanse and have reaped many positive effects from it. It only takes the body 3 days to get to that fast/cleanse state. You can do a longer cleanse whenever you are ready. It sounds like you are doing your own version now w/ the lemonade and a small meal....and glad to hear you have so much energy.
I too have had that goofy grin on my face just because I feel do good.
Good job on keeping the cigs to a minimum. That is such a tough monkey to shake off. And your lemonade "addiction" is oh so benign comparatively (in my humble opinion). Hee hee! Ciao! -Barrett
