Re: Fibromyalgia & Antidepressants

Yay Jasmine! You WILL feel great and healthy again! You sound like you're ready to delve in and get better - that's great.

Have you read the posts about 90% of Seratonin being synthesized in the gastrointestinal tract? This means that you've got to cleanse your bowel as well. Have you looked into doing the Bentonite & psyllium shakes at the same time as the MC? I did this twice and had great results. I'll post the links below...

I would suggest doing the Master-Cleanse with B&P's for the 10 days - then end it with a Liver Flush (the liver will clear out old irritations, frustrations, angers as well as stones! It will get the qi - energy - moving in this area. The liver deals with toxins. In our modern life we're overloaded with toxins - chemicals in foods, air etc and the liver wasn't made to deal with THAT much toxic material! So by cleansing it you'll be able to deal with whatever toxins come your way.)

Then you may want to start a parasite cleanse while still b&ping. (getting out mucoid plaque ropes and pieces - read all the info! There's tons!)

Your diet should be mainly alkaline-forming foods (raw, preferably, fruits and vegetables)....and if you take Udo's Choice 3X a day that will help with everything!

Happy Cleansing Jasmine...we're all here! Watch your dreams closely - much may come out while you're cleansing - on ALL levels. Pay attention, release and grow!
