...and I have been a total b***h lately! :)
Fortunately this isn't really ME, I think
my frustration and lack of patience with people
lately has more to do with my feelings about
myself-and it's all coming out now, along with toxic
bowel material.
Must keep apologizing to my loved ones!
But I'm so happy it is being released. I'm also
happy to hear from others experiencing the same.
