Yes, I do this too. Psyllium husks with unsweet cranberry juice at least twice to three times would be ideal for me. I just get sick of being dependent on it. It does eliminate the bloated, poochy stomach for me though. Tumeric, fennel, curry etc.. help digestion a lot forme, so I cook with these spices.
Do You think the bloat is candida? IS that why you cut out fruit and sugar etc...???
