I don't know what program you are thinking of purchasing since there are no attachments to your posting, but I wanted to tell you that your symptoms are very similar to what I had...
The bloating, the lack of bowel movements etc...
I removed ALL sugars from my diet including fruit.
I am not a big grain person, but I have chosen not to eat most, and for a couple weeks now NONE.
I take psyllium in pure (unsweetened) cranberry juice and water with stevia every morning and night. Some times I'll lightyly cook the psyllium with water and stevia to make a pudding like thing... always followed by a lot of water after and I drink lots of distilled water.
I now have atleast one REAL bowel movement-a-day. My bloating has gone down quite a bit and I feel much better.
