Re: bad liver cleanse results-- i know why!!! Need Help

Dear All, Hi
I have been suffering from Ulcerative colitis for last 5 years and took too much medicine (ASACOL, Steriods oral and enema etc). But the problem is still there:> Abdominal cramps, extreme anxiety, waterly stools.

Then I learned from this site about colon cleansing...
I started Psyllium husk two spoons morning and evening, after a month I noticed some black stools but after some time this stopped and normal stools were there --- I think cleanse is not as it should be. I haven't tried Bentonite clay ::) can any one please tell me from where I can get Bentonite clay liquid ( I am living in Islamabad-Pakistan). I think benonite clay liquid will work???

I seen post and came to know about Yugurt enema:::
Please tell me the use of this enema:::: that is : how I prepare it and use it. Are there any side effects as I developed Ulcerative colitis and used heavy steriods?
