Re: Eczema relief

I haven't tried melaleuca products or even heard of them before. I usually go for the least amount of ingredients and the most gentle. I use organic shampoos and conditioners that, again, contain very little in the way of synthetic ingredients and do not contain any parabens of any kind (parabens are known endocrine disrupters). The brand I use is Giovanni Organic Hair Care. It took a lot of searching to find what I considered a safe and gentle product. I did find a good shampoo at Trader Joe's once but when I bought it the next time, they had reformulated it to contain parabens. You can get Giovanni's at Whole Foods (where I first found it) but I found it cheaper at www.vitaglo.com (plus if you order over $50 they ship for free).

One thing that I have found makes a profound difference is putting a filter on our water supply to take out the chlorine (amoung other things). Showers are no longer painful from the stinging of the chlorine.
