I've had a form of eczema that the derms couldn't diagnose, so they kept giving me "samples" of new, improved, goodies in litle tubes. I tried them all and the only one that did any good at all was Elidel. My doctor was delighted to get a good report about it, and made notes to that effect.
However, after awhile the skin condition grew worse, so I gave up and switched to good old zinc oxide. When I ran out of zinc oxide I used something for diaper rash... the active ingredient being zinc oxide. Believe it or not, the rash that I have had for a year, that the medics could neither diagnose nor cure, is clearing up beautifully, and as an added benefit, has restored my waning sense of smell that has also bothered me for awhile. LOLOL! Oh where oh where are those good old country docs that knew a thing or two about the body! Tweet
