Re: Has the FDA/Pharmacy lost control?

So, ya, wow, whoa!!

Whats going on? Has the FDA/pharmacy lost control? Or is there a deeper layer to all this negative pharmaceutical drug news?

They knew the dangers years ago, so what has changed that they are making it public now?

Is it some idea about lawsuits not being valid if they admit the problems first, or put a warning label on the pill bottles?

Obviously, the one thing it is NOT is concern for patient safety, we can eliminate that possiblity!!

Maybe it is a shake up in the financial arragements, lowering share prices for a takeover... thats a common ploy for large enterprises. We might see one large pharmaceutical giant emerge from all of this.

Most of the "lost" money is on paper, and as for the lost sales of the pills, that is more than made up for with the new cusotomers coming in for heart problems. One surgery equals about 10,000 bottles of pills, as for profits to the medical comunity. Drugs are used post surgery, for life ususally, so that equals out the lost sales too.

But then we hear this story about accupuncture being effective for knee pains. it seems like the control over alternatives is also breaking down. Will they find a way to PATENT accupuncture somehow, in the light of it being better than patented pills?

In any case, all this news is headspinningly strange. All the denials and lies and manipulations in favour of pills, and then this bit of honest critisism!! Whats going on?

Karlin
