A Cleansing Bath
Yesterday I decided I would devote a morning to just me. It had been so long since I had done a detox bath and the idea appealed to me greatly. So, I added
Epsom Salts , baking soda, brewed fresh ginger and cayenne and proceeded to relax for 45 minutes. I sweated and got lost in my thoughts for a wonderful few minutes. When I got out of my bath, I wrapped up in a blanket and kept sweating for another hour. I counted this additional hour another wonderful time of getting lost in my thoughts.
I was about as chilled out as if I had had a couple of glasses of wine, but this is a lot healthier. It was heaven on earth. I pray there will be detox baths in heaven.
