Thanks Barrett, I will definitely keep that in mind. I do drink water all throughout the day but I'm sure increasing it will highly benefit my cleanse. I am really excited to add the B&P's. Right now I am having 3-5 movements a day but only one of those, the 1st one, is large. The rest are just pieces and some diarrhea. I am noticing what I think is mucoid plaque, it's dark gray and I am also passing hard yellow stringy chunks. I've had two really slimy worm like things as well. Today is my 13th day of the cleanse. What brand of P&B's are you using? I have read that Yerba Prima and Sonne's are good so hopefully I can find one of those. Since I am already using a flax fiber do you think adding the psyllium would be too constipating? Should I do just one? Maybe if I just add Bentonite to my flax fiber?
