Do I take Clarkia in water?

Hi all. I am going to start Clarkia soon and was wondering...do I put my drops in water or what? The instructions didn't say. Also, if I do can I continue to drink water or do I have to wait a certain amount of time? What should I expect taste wise? Thanks!
