Do I take Clarkia in water?

Hi all. I am going to start Clarkia soon and was wondering...do I put my drops in water or what? The instructions didn't say. Also, if I do can I continue to drink water or do I have to wait a certain amount of time? What should I expect taste wise? Thanks!

This is a reply to # 583,728I used mine in a little bit of water after meals. It contains alcohol, so that's what you'll taste (depending on how much water you use with it).

This is a reply to # 583,738The place i ordered it from told me that i can take it immediately after food, or up to 90min after. I took it about 5 mins after eating. Didn't see any results, lol.
