Paragone and parazyme

do you have to use parazyme after paragon. I am new and doing The Master Cleanse and I want to do a parasite cleansing too. I was thinking about getting paragone? But how much other stufff do I need to buy.

Or could I wait until I'm finished with The Master Cleanse and do the p/b with the parasite cleanse.
