seeing parasites

hi, it will be a while before you start to see stuff come out. it took me a month and a Liver Flush before the zoo let loose..and boy did it ever after that (5 months)!

with parasites it takes a lot of determination, you have not only the adults getting killed but there are other stages that need to be taken care off. it all takes TIME. i doubt you will see anything after day 4 but you never know. if you don't see anything for a long time just keep going and alternate it with other cleanses. like the bowel cleanse...it helps to push all that dead fecal matter out...the worms are usually in the plaque and mucous that the b&p shakes pull out!
