my parents moved here from Sweden (surprise!), one of the reasons being the enormous taxes - 66%. however, 15 years later, my entire family still hold onto our swedish citizenship, because we know that should something happen to us, or should we need any medical care, all we have to do is return to sweden, and we'll be cared for. the healthcare system is excellent, among many other benefits that are made available thanks to the high taxes. however, what is in store for the average american after giving up 2/3 of their paychecks to the government? one must ask...
