Worms are NOT the answer!

Please tell me that people are not stupid enough to have worms put into their bodies intentionally.

Take some freshly ground nutmeg! Forget the stupid MD who would do more harm than good. Make some KEFIR or KOMBUCHA!

Do some cleasing and use liquid Bentonite and powdered psyllium seeds in a quick shake of unfiltered apple juice.
