Yes i did the flush and today is my 3rd doing the flush because i feel the stones stuck somewhere in my stomach .. the 1 st flush i've noticed my eczema much better and my skin look quite fine and after 3 days suddenly i got rashes like Acne and i think the toxins hanging around ...

S1eve after the flush what did u do usually? Drink 1 quart of water with Seasalt or? any suggestions? Tweet
