My naturopath isnt into Epsom Salts either.... but i still use them.. i am actually waiting on a recipe from my naturopath with a different recipe...

Do you have an easy time eliminating... basically... is constipation a problem.. if it is you might want to talk to your naturopath about whar she/he reccomends.. so you dont get all those toxins stored in your colon....

if it inst a problem... then you could try it without.. maybe just try alot of prune juice in the am or something like that!
