I was able to bring my liver enzyme levels down to normal from AST 120, ALT 140. I did five flushes over the course of three months. I did the flushes and some other alternative things to avoid getting a liver biopsy which they said was the next step. No way was I doing that!

I did not have any symptoms as the elevated levels were found in a routine blood test. I was not diagnosed as having gall stones.

It's comforting to know that there are so many others on this site who have done the flushes and are always ready to support and help. Best wishes and blessings to you whatever you decide.
