For breakfast I have 1 quart of full-fat yogurt with 1 Tbsp. lecithin. I eat about a third of it at a time with 15-20 minute breaks so it doesn't spike my blood Sugar too hard.
If we're not eating fat we certainly need to eat protein so that we can keep our blood Sugar up. Although eggs have fat, I have had good results eating hardboiled eggs with cooked greens for morning snacks, lunch and afternoon snacks up until around 5:00 PM.
