From my understanding, I think doing a parasite flush first would be ideal. parasites and the liver are linked,
apparently. The problem is, that takes some time.
There's no reason you couldn't do a one-day kidney flush, though. The hardest part is bringing the
watermelon home from the store! ha!
Seriously though, you could go ahead and start the parasite cleanse, do a kidney cleanse first, and then
a few days later do a liver flush.... keep going with the parasite cleanse until you finish, and then do a second
liver flush. Does that make sense? Especially considering what you mentioned, you should go ahead and do a
kidney cleanse. Pick a Saturday or some other free day and do spend a few hours just soaking in the tub, eating
those melons all day - it's relaxing as well as cleansing.
(Oh, but I'll warn you - the parasite and especially the liver cleanse is supposed to work better if you do a
bowel cleanse. They're all built on each other, you know). Tweet
