I too have a fatty liver and, yes, Liver Flushes will undoubtedly improve this condition. I'd just dive right in if I were you. I deliberated for an age before doing so as I was wracked with fears and doubts. The procedure is harmless, liberating and extremely worthwhile.

Once you've done a decent number of flushes you can take liver support tinctures such as dandelion and milk thistle and eat lots of radishes to help with toxin removal and rebuilding.

If you wish you can do a parasite cleanse first, and this is recommended by many, although many others just flush straight away.

I took the stance that my first flush would just be a trial run and results wouldn't be important. This proved to be good for me.
