I had a friend last October with the same thing.

After about a month of torture...having gallbladder removed and such and still pain and vomiting her nurse friend called her up and asked if they had run a blood test for Mono. They had run all other kinds of blood tests, just not mono. It turns out she not only had Mono, but some type of hepatitis or intra hepatic liver something, from having the mono so long.

Ask your doctor asap about the mono blood test.
