Get a juicer too

Hi, I am wishing you the best in feeling better, sounds like you're on the right track. Wanted to suggest, just to support your body while you aren't able to eat much, try juicing veggies & fruits. juicing makes a lot more of the nutrients available to your body than just eating fresh veggies/fruit (body doesn't have to break down the structure to get nutrients), and juice is easy to digest too. If you can't eat much you aren't getting nutrients, and that will just add to being sick. (Drinking bottled juice isn't near as nutrient-rich, they lose it.) Plus fresh juice tastes really good.
Also, cook yourself some fresh broth from chicken & chicken bones if you're a meat-eater (sorry if not) -- that has a lot of minerals in it.
Supplement with some protein shakes too, not eating isn't good! Like soy protein or else Brewers yeast makes a good protein fruit smoothie if you put a couple of tablespoons in a blender with a sweet fruit like banana. I put blueberries & cherries in mine too, and flavor it with bottled juice concentrates like cherry/cranberry. Brewer's yeast is good because has lots of B vitamins, deficiency of which can lead to gallstones. Good luck.
