Highly recommend going to Andreas Moritz forum and website and ordering his book "The Amazing Liver Cleanse". It's a really fabulous book that explains a lot and will give you a great protocol to follow for flushing. He recommends doing a series of colonics before flushing to get the best results. Since your problems are so severe and you are wanting to do an intensive over the next 3 weeks, that might be a really good idea for you. Check it out -good luck! Tweet
