The Invisible Visitor!

ha! That's funny...I was just in the bath (I feel pretty 'connected' while in the bath) Anyway..that's funny because I wonder if I was just receiving your question through the ethers because I was just thinking: 'Invisible' period? That sounds like no blood comes out! So I was trying to think of a better word to describe it...but I REALLY like 'Invisible'. ha!

Anyway...I'm not a big PMSer, but by 'Invisible' I meant that the night before I get my period I usually get a light headache and I usually feel REALLY tired - I have to go to bed early (say 10:30 instead of 2am)...then the next day when I get my period I have a lower abdominal heavy/hot/crampy feeling which isn't too pleasant.

Well, since I've been cleansing I don't have any of those symptoms! None at all! My period just sneaks up on me without warning (still in a 28 day cycle) - I don't feel tired or headachey or anything! I call it my Invisible Visitor! How nice!

I've noticed others say this about their cycle too..no pms, no bad symptoms...
