ok, I did it...1rst flush

I'm okay with the epson salt drink, but that olive oil solution has got to go!

Well, I got out 60-70 stones, and apprx. 1/4 cup of chaff/sand-like material. One stone measured apprx. 1/2 inch in length (took pictures) I was so excited. That night I mustered up the strength of get off the "pot" and wash my hair. I hope it's not my imagination, but my hair feels softer than it has in 5-6 months.

I will continue to do flushes, it could possibly be the fountain of health I have been looking for. Only time will tell.
