Are Curezone Followers Extreme?
Not too long ago, there was a very interesting question on this website that made me think long and hard. A reader posed the question that we might be just a little "overboard" with all of our cleansing, fasting, etc. As I recall, this reader had eaten healthy most of her life and thought that we should allow our bodies to operate on their own.
Well, I agree 100% with what she is saying. Yes, we are extreme and we are radical and we are NOT going to change. I agree that we should allow our bodies to operate on their own, but we can't. Human beings have polluted the air, the soil, & the water. We eat huge quantities of white flour because it tastes good. We inhale anything with sugar, which is in almost everything processed today. The #1 drink of choice for teenagers is a Coke, Mountain Dew---or diet colas. Most adults today begin their day with a buzz of caffeine and no breakfast. Then they have the doughnut at the office--no lunch---more coffee or cokes in the afternoon to "keep that buzz" and then rush home to sit in front of the television with snacks in one hand and the remote in the other. The children of these adults are watching this behavior and someday will be doing the same thing. Unless..............
We "overboard" curezone people change the world! Now, I'm not saying you should spend the rest of your life flushing out your liver, cleansing your colon, killing parasites, etc. It won't take forever! But, it won't happen overnight. It took us a long time to get in the shape we are in and it will take time to be healed. But, once you have experienced GREATER health from having done these things, you naturally will want to eat better, exercise more, breathe deeper, drink juices and LAUGH! (Yes, laughter is such an important part of good health!)
Since my first liver flush, I experience no allergies, I sleep better, my skin is smoother and I am just a happier person. I have killed
parasites in my body because I saw them. My colon is squeaky clean now. My zest for life improved dramatically. I have such a peace now. In case you didn't know it, your liver holds your emotions (think about it--they have to be stored somewhere in your body--right?) and once you flush out those toxic emotions, your inner peace is restored. I promise!
So, YES, I am extreme and YES, I am overboard and guess what! I will continue to be!
