Thanks for the link. How tired are you by the end of the day? That is when my husband and I work out so I was hoping to get a burst of energy around 6 pm or so. It is my lunch time here and I am not to hungry, I just want to see the pounds come off and feel better. I want to make a fresh start and stop eating Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, ect. Hope I last 10 days :-)
