Glad u posted re: the enzymes. My sweetie thought she was doing me a favor last night by juicing 2 lemons so I would have them in the morning. I didn't waste them, but know that they weren't as enzyme-rich.
Question: I have a juicer. Are you juicing the whole darn thing? Are you peeling any of the outer layer at all?
BTW, I've used organic lemons about 80% of the time throughout my MC. The ones I've bought are much larger than non-org but don't seem to yield any more juice. The just have really thick peels and lots of zest (at least I think that's what the white part is called).
