Re: is EVERYONE at curezone skinny?!? -- No Way!
You are not alone.
I have slowly been gaining weight since my honeymoon (10 years ago!).
I was an athlete in high school. Back then, I was the correct weight for my height and strong but I still had problem areas.
I wonder why...I hardly ever ate vegetables, drank way too many colas, etc.
I thought I was invinsible ('I can eat whatever I want, I'm not sick.')
My waist, upper arms and thighs were always bigger than I liked; I just blamed it on my parents.
As I have gained this weight, I would just wear looser clothes.
My friends wouldn't believe how much I weighed a few days ago, since I tried to appear shapeless.
Well, I'm on Day 19, and I have lost 16
pounds so far, and guess where most of them have come from...my upper arms, thighs and waist! (Probably the storage areas for all the toxins I have consumed for the past several years.)
I wish I would have known about the
Master-Cleanse 20 years ago.
For the past 1 1/2 years, I have been incorporating more and more organic food into my diet and taking a ton of vitamins.
I did feel a little better, but it wasn't taking the weight off.
I had been reading about fasting in the bible a few months ago and I had tried
Water Fasting for 2-3 days a couple of times, but nothing was changing in my mind about :
Bad foods -'Shortening is in everything...it can't be that bad.'
Portion size -'Well, the restaurant and my mom considers this
a serving.'
Processed and unorganic food -'All those corporations wouldn't
sell us something harmful just to make a buck because the
FDA would stop them.' (BIG HA!)
I'm glad this fast is at least 10 days, because to break some of these bad habits YOU need a fresh start, YOUR BODY needs a break, and YOUR CELLS need a flush.
The
Master-Cleanse allows all this to happen without starving.
So, no, not everyone on the
Master-Cleanse is thin, but just remember, all thin people aren't healthy.
