Thank you very much for the information it is very helpful. I never had any problems with constipation until I took some Antibiotics back in September and got myself into this Candida mess. Then I couldn't go to the bathroom at all. I managed to get myself to once a day by taking a fiber product and now I do the SmartCleanse and go at least once a day without any problems. I was thinking of starting a parasite cleanse after the smartcleanse in preperation for a Liver Flush but my concern is I am on the Threelac and I don't want to start killing that. Did you do a parasite cleanse before you did the liver flush? I am also going to a holistic dentist later this month to make sure that none of my three fillings are mercury. If they are I am going to have them replaced.

Just to let you know I have been on the Threelac at the full dose for two weeks now and it is working superbly. I tried the SF7477 before and it did not work for me neither did the Candigone program I used. The diet worked but if I slipped, even the tinest bit I would end up suffering something fierce. Now I can totally go off the "yeast" diet and have no reaction at all. I am still being extremley careful (no processed sugar, flour, etc) about what I eat. But it is really nice to be able to eat soy sauce and mustard and fruit again.

Thanks again. It is so nice to have people like you to talk to about this. My friends and family are still pretty convinced I'm crazy ;-)
