Re:Hmmmmm -many things could do it.

Hi Guys,......
Thanks for responding so quickly. I'm scheduled to have the Bariatric Surgery (Gastric Bypass)in a few weeks, but, now I honestly think I can do this on my own with the website responders (I weigh 237 @ 5'3"). To answer your questions I have a sad diet(which produces a sad life)I guess. I think that I can get away with eating very bad (but, good tasting) foods, but now I'm paying the price.

Yes, my diet consists of Meats, White Sugar , White Rice, White Potatoes, White Flour Products (tortillas), COKES (4 regular/non diet per day), Dairy (no milk) but Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Butter, Cottage Cheese. But, I always eat steamed vegetables (not raw) and some fruits. No more BarBQ, Tacos and Italian foods) OUCH !!!

I just bought a Champion Juicer and several gallons water, but I may need some directions and suggestions (on foods to eat and dishes to prepare) to help me along the way. After reading your suggestions and questions, I will task myself today with trashing everything in my frig. such as meats, cheeses, butter etc. and all bad foods.

So, you are recommending that I eat only veggies (steamed & raw), water and fruits. Sounds so natural, but I have to mentally
"adjust" to this new lifestyle,......no problem, I need help and I'm willing to do anything "natural". (It will be hard to make a complete u-turn in life, I will do it) I appreciate any and all suggestions and I will not be offended, so please.....

Please advise, and I thank each of you. I am on my way to read your recommeded article at: http://www.living-foods.com/

God Bless You All,
Erinassa
