Glucosamine - Undecyn

Thanks for the heads up on glucosamine - I'll give this die-off period a few more days to see if the shoulder pain eases, and if it doesn't I'll take your advice on the supplement.

Undecyn is undecylenic acid. A fatty acid that is supposedly 4-6 times more effective than caprylic acid.

Right now I'm picturing tons of yeastie beasts dying in my joints, and that their toxins are causing me to pop like mad. Breathing makes my back and chest pop, moving my toes *crack*. . .
