Wow, you are taking alot of stuff!! Skip is right, if you do a probiotic you might want to stop some of them to give it a chance to work. An alternative probiotic would be LB12.
However, for joint pains, I believe a glucosamine complex (HCL n Sulfate) would be more effective. There is one in liquid form which is highly effective (98% absorbed) quickly within like 10-14 days. It promotes cartilage growth inflammation in the joints. Glucosamine is a natural substance our body produces but as we age, it does not so we have to supplement.
