Garlic

Oh yeah...this was another AMAZING thing the machine said...

Brock had about 12 foods that he wasn't to eat. On the list was garlic!!! This is hilarious because he always turns down my mom's absolutely fabulous fresh garden salad with kale, greens etc etc and her yummy (we all think) garlic from the garden, dijon, balsamic, oo dressing! He finally, after years, was able to say: I don't like raw garlic!! (he likes it if it's cooked just fine) So....the QXCI knew! Spinach was on the list too....and he can't stand cooked spinach either - I just LOVE all those greens and couldn't believe he didn't like them.

So...the message is twofold: Listen to your Body - it knows!! And...that machine rocks!
