Maidenn! What a question...

It's all just symbols and energetics (based on harmonies and disharmonies like music)...so believe me, astrologers would figure it out! Like, if a child was born on the Moon their whole being would be much more passive, intuitive, empathic, sensitive and the Earth's energies would have the biggest influence - I suppose the Earth would take on the Mother energy (Mother Earth) for the Moonchild...and boy would that Moon child need it, poor thing living up there on that stark nature-less moon!

Technically no matter where you are in our solar system all the planets are still in the signs they are in...so none of that would change. The angle of the sun rising up onto your new planet would alter rising signs and, of course, being born on another planet would infuse your whole being with THAT planet's energy and then would be omited from the chart...
