Inventor is a Federal Fugitive

My brother almost fell for this ugly new age health scam.

QXCI's inventor, William C. Nelson has been a Federal fugitive, living abroad in Hungary, since his felony conviction for level four mail fraud, in 1996.

He was convicted for federal statute: 18:1341 and 18:2 "FRAUDS AND SWINDLES; Mail Fraud; Causing an Act to be Done" in Washington D.C Federal district court case number 1:96-cr-00209.
